How to make vegetables pulao without cooker

Ingredients:
(1 Cup=100 ml)
1 Cup Jeera rice
1 Carrot chopped
8 Flat Beans chopped
1 Onion chopped
1/2 Cup peas
1 Green chilly sliced
Few coriander leaves

For seasoning:
3 Cloves
1 Star anise
1 cinnamon
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Fennal seeds
1 Bay leaf
3 tsp ghee

For grinding:
1 Small piece Ginger
6 Garlic

Preparation:
Transfer Ginger & Garlic to jar and grind as fine paste
Wash rice 2 to 3 times and soak it for 30 minutes

Method:

  1. Heat a pan add 3tsp ghee. Add all spices cloves,Fennal seeds, Cinnamon, Cardamon,Star anise, Bay leaf. Sauté them till gets aromatic
  2. Add onion and saute it turns transparent
  3. Add Ginger & Garlic paste and saute them the raw smell disappear
  4. Add vegetables and saute them for a minute
  5. Add soaked rice, saute it for a minute
  6. Add 3 Cup of water and required salt.mix well
  7. Let it boil till the rice cook well on meidum heat
  8. Serve the veg pulao with potato fry,brinjal gravy or meal maker gravy

Add vegetables of your choice to make veg pulao.
Cook on medium flame other wise it will burn
