How to make poori Kizhangu | Hotel style

Ingredients:
1 Big Onion Chopped
4 Potatoes
2 Green chilies Sliced
1 small piece ginger (sliced as tiny)
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder(optional)
Coriander leaves
2 sprig Curry leaves
1 tsp Gram flour(kadalamaavu) optional
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1.     In a pressure cooker add potatoes, salt (required for potatoes cooking) and water. Cover the pressure cooker lid and cook for the 5 whistles on high flame
2.     When the potatoes cook well, smash them and keep aside
3.     Take ¼ cup water.  Add Gram flour to water and mix well till it dissolves.
Method:
1.      In a pan heat 2 tsp oil and add mustard seeds
2.      When the mustard seeds crackle add Ginger pieces fry till turns golden brown
3.      Add Green chilies and fry for a minute
4.      Add onion and Curry leaves and sauté them till the onion turns transparent
5.      Add Mushy potato
6.      Add required water and salt mix well then add turmeric power
7.      Further more add Gram mix to the gravy and mix well
8.      Let it boil for a minute
9.      Finally sprinkle coriander leaves to the gravy
10.  Serve with poori

Add required water and salt mix well then add turmeric power
Further more add Gram mix to the gravy and mix well.Let it boil for a minute
Finally sprinkle coriander leaves to the gravy
Serve kizhangu masala with poori
